I especially love your drum tracks - are you creating those with an electronic kit or a sequencer or ?? They sounds a little too "real" to be sequenced - also - do you do all the drums yourself or do you ever have other musicians come in to recording them with you ?
They are a combination of playing and sequencing.
Live loops, found sounds and programmed hits, but always done from the perspective of a drummer. I used to play drums years ago and I programme what I would play if I was good enough.
The teeth on your Baby Robot here strike me as rather menacing.
As they appear to be homodont incisors, a forensic biologist would determine that he(/she/it) has a diet largely comprised of plant matter. However, given that this robot is still in an immature stage of its growth pattern, I am concerned that it may develop some gnarly gnashers (a la Pennywise from Stephen King's "It") later in life.
Please set the record straight, and in doing so end the torment of my nightmares.
Hey Ott, Baby Robot is an outstanding piece of auditory pleasure. Are the vocal and leads replayed backwards in the track? Can you share the name of the person singing on it? Thanks and see you in Cambridge soon.Ott responded on 09/16/2013
