Wondering what some of the songs you consider to have the best production and mixdowns you have ever heard are? Any genre.
"Mr Blue Sky" by ELO.
"Owner Of A Lonely Heart" by Yes.
"Do You Know Squarepusher" by Squarepusher.
"Blue Monday" by New Order.
"Arcade" by North Sea Radio Orchestra.
"Girlfriend" by Christine and the Queens.
"Slave To The Rhythm" by Grace Jones.
"Killing In The Name Of" by RATM.
"The Donkey Song" by William D Drake.
"Dayvan Cowboy" by Boards Of Canada.
"Towers Of Dub" by The Orb.
"Futureworld" by Trans Am.
"Everything Beautiful Is Far Away" by Grandaddy.
"Horsehead" by Cardiacs.
I'd probably write a different list tomorrow.
Hi Ott, I was wondering what your thoughts are on the SUBPAC? I'm looking for a way to get good bass while mixing and at the same time keep the neighbours happy. I guess treating the room is the best way to go, but I tend to move house from time to time. I usually mix at a quiet volume, but most of times I can't get the bass frequencies right... I have a pair of Dynaudio BM6A MKII monitors and an RME Babyface. Anyways, thanks :) SamOtt responded on 06/10/2018 Next question
