So I've been listening to a lot of Mort Garson lately and his use of the Moog Synthesizer in early psychedelia stylized tracks made me think of you and if perhaps you've thought of, or have used it in the past and your thoughts on it.

My mum's record collection had a lot of Mort Garson in it and I've been obsessed with his 'Electronic Hair Pieces' album since I was about 4 years old. The cover used to scare the shit out of me, and so did the sound of his Moog.

In a good way.

I still have all of those Moog records my mum played me as a child, including albums by Perrey and Kingsley, Wendy Carlos and Kraftwerk.

I can recommend 'Kaleidoscopic Vibrations: Spotlight on the Moog' by Perrey and Kingsley. Check it out and imagine me aged 4, dressed in a Winnie The Pooh onesie, going apeshit to 'The Savers'.

I'm still recreating those sounds 45 years later, such a profound impression they made.
