Are the massive basses in Mir made with your analog synths, or with reason?? How do you get them so butter smooth and delicious sounding? Especially the one in Owl Stretching Time... Wicked!

A

'One Day...' is a multi-sample of a Fender Jazz bass.

'Adrift In Hilbert Space' is a Doepfer A-100 patch sampled and layered up in NI Kontakt.

'Owl Stretching Time' is a Korg MonoPoly layered with a Roland SH-101 sub oscillator.

'Squirrel and Biscuits' is a triple-tracked 7 oscillator patch on my Doepfer A-100 modular.

'Mouse Eating Cheese' is three layered Reason Subtractor synths.

'Aubergine of the Sun' is Chris Barker on a custom Warwick 4-string bass.
