Ahh, but I'm not German, I'm English and we are culturally obliged to take food from around the world and fuck it up.

As evidence I offer you:

Spaghetti in cans.
Pizza with pineapple and sweetcorn.
Vesta 'Boil-in-the Bag' Curry.
Chicken Chow Mein and chips.

I could go on for pages and pages but you get the idea.

We do draw the line at aerosol cheese though. We're not *that* fucking depraved.

P.s. A pineapple and sweetcorn pizza is traditionally referred to in Britain as a 'Hawaiian'. Can anyone from Hawaii please shed any light on this? Do you garnish every meal with canned pineapple and maize kernels?
