Have you had to work any other (non-music) job since you've started releasing music? Or has music been your sole source of income all these years?
My last job was driving a truck delivering air freight from Heathrow airport.
I got fired from that in 1990 for falling asleep in a rest area near the M25 and missing all my deliveries - because I'd been working nights in a studio for free at the same time.
The day after I got fired the studio offered me a full-time position and I have made my living from music since then.
Apart from six months as a rent boy and a series of armed raids on security vans in 2004.
There's a heavily modulated lead sound that comes in during first breakdown of Owl Stretching Time at about 1:45. It's driving me up the wall trying to work out how it was made. Care to share?Ott responded on 02/23/2012 Next question
