Do you prefer the Lighting guys and VJ's to 'just get on with it' themselves ,or do you like to be involved? ..or do you just not notice all the flashy colours, smoke, lasers and screens?
I would like to work closely with a lighting director and/or a VJ but time constraints keep pushing it down the list of priorities. What I'd love is to meet somebody who I could work with in creating a show but who could take care of the details while I got on with making the music.
I do believe that the right people tend to come along at the right time.
Would you consider making a few limited edition 180g vinyl releases of albums? Only 25 to 50 or so signed copies sold with a mild premium would be awesome. Vinyl does have 'theatre' about it.
Do you use a sampler in your music? I've been looking at getting the SP-555. What would you reccomend? I'm looking to make music revolved around field recordings (nature sounds, et cetera)Ott responded on 04/11/2012
