Are you a vegetarian? Thoughts and opinions on mind-body benefits of a vegetarian/vegan diet?

I'm not an anything.

My diet is 99% vegetables but sometimes I eat a little fish, sometimes a sprinkle of parmesan. I never eat red or processed meat.

I choose this diet because vegetables are easier to digest and higher in useful nutrients than animal products.

I also object strongly to the way in which the meat and dairy industries operate and the way animal welfare is almost completely disregarded in favour of monetary considerations.
