Do you remember creating your first track? Was it incredibly tough at the time? Is the creation process a lot more smooth and easy now as compared to then?
The first track I ever finished and gave a name was 'Somersettler' in 2001. It was a very smooth and enjoyable process and I knew straight after I mixed it that I'd had a breakthrough.
What preceded it was twenty years of unfinished ideas, half-realised experiments and hours of impotent noodling which now sit on various DAT tapes in my attic.
Certain aspects have become easier over time as using the equipment has become second nature but the act of sifting digital mud looking for musical diamonds is still as frustratingly time-consuming as ever.
You said you would compose a soundtrack for a movie. Would and could you make music for porn? Porn music can be quite trippy tooOtt responded on 04/26/2012 Next question
